This is an ornate filigree cameo brooch. The pearls come loose. There is wear such as scratches, scuffs, or discolorations. The hook does not have a latch - I am unsure if this is how it was made. There are tiny chips along the rims.
It measures approx 2.25 inches long x 1.75 inches wide.
