Shipping policy

Items are shipped within 3 business days of the order date.  Tracking information will be loaded at this time.

If the item arrives damaged, please notify the store within 10 days of receipt.  The store requires photos of the damage as well as the box and label.

If the store requires the item to be returned, a shipping label will be provided.  Once returned, a full refund will be issued.  In other instances a refund will be issued without return.
