Refund policy

JoJo's Attic Online will accept returns within 30 business days, customer to pay return shipping.  Please notify via message or ameliajo@jojosatticonline.store of the return.  JoJo's Attic Online will issue a refund within 10 business days once the item is received in the same condition in which it was shipped.  

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at ameliajo@jojosatticonline.store.

Returns and Refunds

JoJo's Attic Online accepts returns within 30 days of receipt.  The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.  Please notify us at ameliajo@jojosatticonline.store with the return information.

We will notify you once the item is received and when the the refund is issued. If the item is damaged upon return, a refund will not be issued. 

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

JoJo's Attic Online will process orders within 3 business days.  Packages are typically received within 5-7 business days.

If you wish to pick up/delivery, please notify us at ameliajo@jojosatticonline.store.

Damaged items:  If an item arrives damaged, please contact via message or ameliajo@jojosatticonline.store within 10 days of receipt.  JoJo's Attic Online will require proof of damage including photos of the box, label, and damaged item for a full refund.  

At the store's discretion, we may require you to ship the damaged item back.  If this is the case a return label will be provided.  The refund will be issued once the item is returned.

In other cases, please do not return the damaged item to JoJo's Attic Online without request.  If the damaged item is returned in this manner, a refund will not be issued.

When to contact the shipping carrier:

-item shows delivered, but it is not

-package contents are missing

-items lost during delivery

-slow mail delivery
