This bell is magnetic, so I do not believe it is brass. It stands approx 4.25 inches including the strap. The bell stands approx 1.5 inches tall x 1.5 x 1.
Minor wear such as scratches, scuffs, and discolorations. The heart attached to the strap is signed "Bern".
