Bottle comes with a Karo lid. I am unsure if this is original to the bottle. Each handle has a clear line running through in the same spot. I believe it is manufacturing. There is a texture on one side to the bottle, the other is flat. There are also bands on the sides. The inside bottom of the jar may require additional cleaning. Bottle is marked 7-K-4693. It stand approx 7.5 inches tall x 4 x 2.5.
