Lovely vintage topper is in pretty good condition. The hair may require cleaning as it feels of product. I have included the netting with bows, which as some snags/holes.
The wig is most likely synthetic. Laying flat it measures approx 12 inches. The center with the clip has a diameter of approx 3.5 inches. Attached on the head it has a length of approx 5.25 inches.
