Lovely piece is in pretty good condition. Some of the tiles have imperfections such as scuffs, and cracks. Some of the glue maybe visible too. The underside is not tiled, it is the clear glass. You can see the underside of the tile from the top, and some look like they are signed. Since the backside is flat, it can but hung in a frame.
