Vintage Large Enamel Rhinestone Bird of Paradise Peacock Egret Brooch Damage

Stunning old piece is damaged. There enamel is chipped and worn. It is also missing multiple rhinestones.

It is approx 4.75 inches long x a little over 1.5 inches wide.

Item is not marked, but google search finds Boucher. I am not sure if this accurate.
