Stunning piece. There are scuffs, scratches, and discolorations. The pin on the backside is bent but functional. There is one missing small rhinestone on the stem. It measures approx 3.5 x 2.25 inches.
This is a stacked/dimensional brooch. It is quite large with blue cabochons with gold/copper fuss. These stunners are surrounded by rhinestones in various shapes and blue tones.
