Vintage Cut Crystal Goldfish Big Eye Koi Fish Sculpture Aqua Green As-Is

Beautiful piece stands approx 5 inches tall x 10.5 x 2. There are small chips along some of the fins. There are also scuffs and scratches.

Piece is very hard to id, so please review the pictures closely. I am unsure of the origin of this piece.
