Lovely piece has many markings, most are not legible. Even the stones are etched.
I believe this piece is gold plated. The scratch test reveals a silver material beneath the gold. The stones are most likely simulants (glass/crystal). The ruby/garnet I am unsure, but most likely crystal as well.
