Victorian 10k GF Hollowware Brooch Puffy Repousse Floral Scroll As Is Damage

Item is missing the pin on the backside, which leaves a hole in the metal. There is also wear and discolorations. It may require additional cleaning.

I am unsure if it is gold plated or filled. I can find no markings, but do see a the wear to the color along the edges.

It measures approx 2 inches long x 1.25 x .25.
