Item comes from an estate. It is in good condition, but the decal colonial man feels rough specifically around the edges - and there are scratches and scuffs. Vase measures approx 5.75 inches tall x 5 inches wide. Vase will require additional cleaning. There are spots on the outside that I cannot get off, and the inside is used.
