Lovely piece maybe gold plated or filled. The pendant does test 10-12k. The pendant is marked STG. The pendant did have a necklace marked A&Z Sterling. Unfortunately the chain/necklace has been damaged.
There is scratches and scuffs to the metal and the onxy. The bail is a little bent.
Pendant is approx 1.25 inches tall x 1. The stone is approx .75 inches long x .5.
