Stunning older piece shows it's age. The metal is thin, so the rim is uneven or bent. I am not positive if it is brass. There is a lot of discolorations on the front and backside. It may require additional cleaning.
I am unsure the origin of this piece. It has a diameter of approx 16 inches.
