Lovely piece is a size 6.75. It is in pretty good condition but there is some wear such as scuffs, scratches, and discolorations. The spring ring on the security chain is silver, it may have been gold, and worn off. I am unsure the material for the scarab carved beatles. They are not cold to the touch.
