Austin Kinder Collection Twisted Rattan Candle Holders Inlay Tall Pillar As Is

I am unsure what this is made of, but it is made to look like wood and possibly marble. The top of one of the holders has paint loss. There are scuffs, scratches, and chips.
They stand approx 15.25 inches tall x 5.25.
