There are some rough areas and small chips along the seams. The mirror appears stained and may require additional cleaning. On the end of the handle it reads Pat Apl'd For. The backside is swirled and looks like 3-D. The beading along the mirror almost looks like candlewick. Please review the pictures closely. The item measures approx 7.25 x 3.75 inches.
