Old bank is not marked. I am unsure the maker. There is a hole in the front of the suit which I believe is the way that it was made. The hole is symmetrical. There is much wear to the paint and the metal is worn and rough in areas.
The bank stands approx 5.25 inches tall x 2.25 x 3.
